Guardian ad Litem

Guardian ad Litems are neutral parties appointed by a judge to determine the best interests of a child(ren) in divorce, custody and legitimation matters. Guardian ad Litems can be a great resource to assisting parents in helping you get your custody matter. If you would like a neutral party to come and assess your situation taking into account information sometimes a judge may not have the opportunity to consider call our office for additional information.
